The race date is Saturday Dec 15 at Alpine Valley GS 10:00 AM Start
You will need to buy a lift ticket. The racer group rate of $35 is available at the Ski School desk. Show your bib if they ask.
Between races there may be a reset of the 2 GS courses with course inspection. Otherwise there will only be assigned maintenance. Be alert to necessary smaller section changes between races.
If you haven’t turned in your Help Form, MMSCSR Waiver or Race Fees you will need to at registration at 9:00am
All racers are still needed to help at each race date to do all of the following:
1. Correctly attach GS flags to the gates at GS races.
2. Remove poles after the Slalom or GS by twisting and pulling.
3. Take down all race equipment at the end and make sure it gets organized and to the transporting vehicles. 2 signs, 4 bags of red and blue gates, 2 rakes, a grey bin, 2 red drills with bits and red drill cases all go.

MMSCSR Waivers for all racers and Temps not signed up on the Run Order List. Age 18 thru 20 need a parent signature. Age 10 thru 17 need a parent signature and a parent present at the area all day.
ALL Temps $10 one race, $15 both, New Independents $60, New club racers $50, Missing bib $5 to ski without, $25 to replace. Checks to MMSC Senior Racing. Record the new bib number given out for new Independents and new club racers on the time sheets and the start board sheet. Temps do not get bibs, but record their first name and initial on the start board sheet and full name on the timing sheets. Put the left over race bibs, waivers, money, and pens and pencils in the grey bin located in the Timing building. Use the stapler from the grey bin to staple the start board sheet to the start board by the Timing building and see that the start board gets to the top start area.
