The Waiver 2024-25.pdf is a fillable form and following Option 1 below is the preferred method of signing and  returning it.

Waiver:
       Option 1:   
            Download and Open the Waiver 2024-25.pdf, with above Link 

            Fill out all the fields except  ‘signature’ and ‘date’

            Save back to your computer.

            Email the form as an attachment to mmscsr99@gmail.com
            You must do this no later than Sunday Nov. 24,  so that...
            You will then receive an email with an electronic document to sign.

            Open the email and sign the document by Nov. 30 to be registered for racing this             season.

      Option 2: 

           If Option 1 doesn't work for you,

             Print the waiver, fill it out and sign it.    
             Deliver via snail mail to your club chair to be received by Nov. 30.

You will NOT race in your assigned class (until the next race date) if you do not meet the deadline!

Your race chair will let you know how to pay the individual race fee of $50.
